Description
We are seeking a Program Director to manage the operations in and around Columbus, Indiana. This area is also called Region 3, and includes Bartholomew, Dubois, Fayette, and Jackson Counties.
For IFCS and Indiana Mentor the Program Director is a critical leadership role in our successful implementation of Family Centered Treatment (FCT) services.

Qualifications
Key
Responsibilities:
Provides leadership to the region for both collaterals and staff.
Manages daily operations and all service delivery components of the FCT model.
Provides individual supervision to Family Centered Clinicians and supports the development of team supervision for staff (including, but not limited to, clinical, field and on-call supervision)
Participates in individual and peer supervision with other leaders in the state.
Oversees administrative staff and functions including payroll, billing and personnel.
Creates and implements marketing plan; develops business.
Requirements:
MasterEUR(TM)s Degree in Human Services field and five yearEUR(TM)s experience.
Minimum of four years of management/supervisory experience.
Reliable transportation
Auto insurance that complies with the state policy concerning minimum car insurance coverage
Valid driverEUR(TM)s license in good standing
Successful clearance of local and/or state background checks

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
