This is not your typical sales job.
As a Licensed Agent, you will build your sales network engaging new prospects and building strong relationships with the community.
These relationships will be obtained by working your own network of contacts, referrals, provided leads and other marketing strategies used by the agency.
You'll work as a member of a sales team focused on providing insurance and financial products that help customers protect their homes, cars, and retirement incomes, and live a good life.

Qualifications for the Insurance Sales Representative/Agent:
Must be willing to obtain Property & Casualty Insurance License; already possessing a license is a plus Sales experience is a plus Bilingual candidates are welcome Life & Health Insurance license a plus Confident self-starter who works well independently Excellent verbal and written communication/interpersonal skills Must be goal driven, competitive and willing to follow our proven sales system in order to be a successful agent Maintain a positive and self-motivated attitude Willing to put in the work necessary to meet and exceed your own financial goals Willing to make calls to prospects, quote and close sales over the phone.
