Our client has a need for a Quality Engineer.
This is a contract position; however it is not uncommon for assignments to transition into permanent positions with our client companies.

For this opportunity, the successful candidate will be directly employed by Bartech Staffing as a W2 employee while providing services to our end client.
Quality Engineer Job Responsibilities Your specific duties as a Quality Engineer will include:
Research and test the design, functionality and maintenance of products, equipment, systems and processes and develop quality standards.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, and evaluate product integrity and standards.
Typically has a Bachelors degree in an engineering discipline.
The technical skills include the ability to make sketches and engineering drawings and experience using computer applications related to the engineering field.
Review and approve sampling procedures and designs, forms and instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability data Review and supervise programs to evaluate precision and accuracy of production equipment and testing, measurement, and analytical equipment and facilities May conduct training sessions on quality control activities Considered a specialist in areas of quality control engineering, such as design, incoming material, process control, product evaluation, product reliability, inventory control, metrology, automated testing, software, research and development, and administrative application Directs workers engaged in measuring and testing product and tabulating data concerning materials, product, or process quality and reliability Plans and directs activities concerned with development, application, and maintenance of quality standards for industrial processes, materials, and products Develops and initiates standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation, utilizing knowledge in engineering fields such as chemical, electrical, or mechanical May manage quality control program Quality Engineer Job Requirements As a Quality Engineer you must represent our company well by being responsible, punctual and motivated to go above and beyond the call of duty.
You must also be highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities.
It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor degree in engineering required 8-10 years experience required Exercises independent judgment with minimal direction from supervisor Creativity, verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem solving ability (Required) Team player and detail oriented (Required) Strong leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback (Required) Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawing, schematics and computer-generated reports (Typically required) Previous experience with computer applications and software related to engineering field, such as Computer Aided Design (CAD) (Typically required) Quality Engineer Benefits As a Quality Engineer with Bartech, you will be working through an established and respected staffing organization with over 40 years of serving as a trusted partner to our client companies.
