Assistant Property Manager - River Stone Apartments

The Assistant Property Manager will support the Property Manager in the day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management and customer service, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities and Duties Manage resident relations, including responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, and collecting rent Market community to potential tenants, show apartments to prospective residents and collect and process rental applications Utilize Revenue Optimizing Software (Yieldstar) to manage renewals and new leases Complete administrative tasks, such as preparing lease agreements, processing invoices, and maintaining tenant records Coordinating maintenance and repairs Qualifications and Skills Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Strong customer service skills.
Proficiency in Multifamily Softwares (RealPage, Realync, Yieldstar, etc.
) This position is a full-time, 40 hour per week position.
