You will perform clerical and administrative functions to help drive the company success.
Training will all be in office and paid.
Responsibilities:
Scheduling appointments Answering phone calls Emailing customers Perform all other office tasks that are assigned by office manager Greet and assist onsite customers and/or guests File paperwork and upload to computer Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills wanted
Qualifications:
Customer service experience needed Some Excel experience wanted Some Outlook experience wanted Computer skills are needed Great communication skills Ability to prioritize and multitask and listen to instructions given Ability to work in a fast pace environment' 'Work Remotely' No Must be a DEPENDABLE, RESPONSIBLE, AND RESPECTFUL employee that will show up and complete task as assigned.
