7K - $121K a year 10 days ago 10 days ago 10 days ago Join Our Team We are looking for a Marketing Director who will be responsible for expanding brand presence in each market by developing an annual marketing plan that will maximize profit opportunities throughout the Business Unit and sharing those results company-wide.

Improves results of under-performing assets by developing imaginative methods, procedures, products, systems and/or innovative programs that add value for our customers every day.
Analyzes financial results; recommends promotions and category changes to meet/exceed established goals.
Anticipates and reacts to competitive activity within each market by reviewing, analyzing, and providing recommendations.
Ensures implementation of marketing plans and initiatives by communicating with Retail Operations Directors and Market Managers.
Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
Allocates program costs by preparing operational and risk reports for analyses.
Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting and orienting employees.
Maintains staff job results by training coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising job results.
Increases professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reading professional publications; establishing personal networks; or participating in professional societies.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing Financial and Key Result Area targets pursuant to Company plan guidelines.
What You Need We want you to join our team! Here's what we're looking for:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred.
Other combinations of job-related experience and education that meet the minimum requirements may be substituted.
Five years of experience or more preferred in convenience store merchandising, operations, or related retail industry; including minimum of three years of management responsibility.
Experience with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word preferred.
An excellent understanding of margins, penny profit and driving sales from placement to traffic driving initiatives.
May require up to 50 % travel.
Valid driver's license required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
