Product Managers #IN1100DescriptionManage key product line lifecycles by understanding and interpreting market and industry trends. Lead the marketing initiatives for new product introduction and existing product change introduction. Develop long-term product line strategy, forecast, and the annual operating plan. Provide product line budget requirements into the business unit AOP. Drive the development of product introduction plans and develop all aspects of the product marketing mix to ensure the successful launch of new products and throughout the subsequent lifecycle. Present marketing approach for functional review and to the change management review group, and drive pricing activity through the product lifecycle. Ensure that the product branding strategy is implemented effectively, and lead and support internal and external communications in relations to the product range. Protect intellectual property of the organization, and work with legal counsel and engineering to assure asset protection. Utilize specialized knowledge of market research capabilities to plan for and implement an appropriate approach based on the understanding of the target market and competitors. Define and adopt a specific stand relative to the competition with the use of market research capabilities, and drive improvement of user satisfaction and solve elevated user issues in relation to the product. Drive management of the product lifecycle, and determine when products should be deemed obsolete. Recommend marketing process changes that will improve Value Package Introduction and Value Package Change Process. Manage profitability by understanding relative contributions of the multiple products lines in the business, and develop and execute a product management plan that maximizes profitability of the business. Compile and maintain an account tracking documents and interrogate profitability results, product costs, and advise recommended actions. Deploy local processes to attain the most critical engine market information required to develop specific products and product line plans and perform highly complex Market Analysis. Create strategies to sell the features and benefits of new products. Identify strategies to gather data to increase sales and marketing opportunities.QualificationsSkillsExperience and Education:
Positions require a Master's degree in Business, Finance, or Marketing Management, or related field and 2 years of experience as a Marketing or Product Specialist, or related position. Alternatively, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Marketing Management, or related field and 5 years of experience as a Marketing or Product Specialist, or related position. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
