Advisory Skills
Creating and executing enterprise SOA strategy, blueprinting & detailed execution roadmap for a mid to large size organization.
Experience in evaluating new technologies and software products, patches to determine feasibility and desirability of incorporating their capabilities into company products.
Experienced in conducting cost/benefit analysis to determine the feasibility of various design approaches
Utilizing SOA framework to simplify integration ecosystem across disparate applications.Works directly with development groups with initial design and oversee the implementation of that design.
Expertise in establishing SOA architecture framework, design standards and governance for a mid to large size organization.
Implementing business value framework while addressing TCO though initiatives like reusability
Working as advisor & thought leader / coach dealing with customer executives as well as IT consultants
Experience in providing Integration solution in manufacturing domain will be an added advantage.
Technical Skills
Responsible for architectural concurrence, design blueprinting, creating and release of the Oracle SOA suite integrations.
Should possess strong technical and administrative knowledge in Oracle Fusion Middleware - Oracle SOA Suite,BPM
Hands-on experience implementing web services using SOA suite 11g components (BPEL, Business rules, and Human workflow), OSB, technology adapters, building and deploying services over Application servers.
Experienced with SOA monitoring and reporting utilities like Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM 12C) and Business Activity Monitoring (BAM).
Integration experience with Oracle Data Integrator, Oracle Service Bus (OSB) and other Enterprise Service Bus such as TIBCO. Must have integration experience with legacy applications like Mainframes and Oracle E-Business Suite , Seibel CRM, UCM etc
Should be capable of framing enterprise wide SOA governance policies and suggest best practices in using governance tools like Oracle Enterprise Repository(OER) and Oracle Service Registry ().
Experience in delivering robust technical design build upon SOA error handling framework and Web Service Security specifications, WS-Security, WS-Policy, SAMLetc.Hands on experience on OWSM will be an added advantage.
Strong experience of managing/administering SOA components/resources on Oracle Weblogic server using scripting tools like ANT.
High level expertise in ETL technologies like Informatica, ODI , iLog,
Expert in Integration Design Patterns and making expert judgment on integration design pattern for given integration scenario.
Proficient with multiple operating systems (Solaris/HP/Linux/Windows) and communication protocols(TCP/IP/FTP/HTTP/SOAP).
Experienced in planning and implementation of load/performance/stress testing activities.
High level expertise in IBM sterling & IBM MQ product will be an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
Accustomed to working in both Waterfall and Agile Software Development Methodologies
Project design and architecture reviews
Good communication skills to communicate with customers, support personnel, application development personnel and management
Documentation & Presentation
Strong analytical and problem solving skills for design, coordination and testing of applications, leadership, team management & mentoring skills
Handling multi-vendor scenarios
