√ʬ ¬ĘProvide specialized hardware / software / network problem diagnosis / resolution for customer's Network.
√ʬ ¬ĘEscalation point for Level 2 engineers
√ʬ ¬ĘRoute physical problems to onsite hands and feet support staff.
√ʬ ¬ĘCoordinate H/W Maintenance activity with 3rd Party for hardware installation, troubleshooting and fixing hardware issues.
√ʬ ¬ĘProvide support to Network hardware/software/configuration as assigned by Level2 Network team - Timely closure of incidents. Quality of resolution notes.
√ʬ ¬ĘLogistics movement of spares to various locations along with AstraZeneca
√ʬ ¬ĘAdminister network filtering by implementation of access lists
√ʬ ¬ĘTroubleshoot routing and switching issues
√ʬ ¬ĘTroubleshoot WAN/LAN Problem.
√ʬ ¬ĘWork closely with the client and other track teams to obtain technical knowledge and to permanently solve chronic problems.
√ʬ ¬ĘTraining: Be willing to impart on the job and commercial training designed to enhance skills and support capabilities.
√ʬ ¬ĘExcellent network troubleshooting skills. Must be able to quickly identify and resolve network related issues in smallest possible time.
√ʬ ¬ĘExcellent communication skills. Must be able to clearly interact with the customer, understand the requirements and communicate with the off-shore team. Must be able to participate and represent the team in Change and Incident management meetings.
√ʬ ¬Ę Excellent leadership skills.
√ʬ ¬ĘCCNP Certification Required.
√ʬ ¬ĘMinimum 6 Years of Domain Experience.
√ʬ ¬ĘTroubleshoot Routing Loop
√ʬ ¬ĘTroubleshoot Asymmetric Routing & STP Loop issues
√ʬ ¬ĘTroubleshoot Load Balancers issues for Application flow.
√ʬ ¬ĘWorking on all applications such as SAP, Citrix, etc & call center issues related to AstraZeneca-Data stand point
√ʬ ¬ĘWorking on Riverbed related issues
√ʬ ¬ĘAnalysing the outputs of all the tools and making recomendations example: High CPU utilization on core device at Data Center
√ʬ ¬ĘImplementation of Operational Changes & coordination with project team for project related Changes.
√ʬ ¬ĘAssigning new users in guest VLAN
√ʬ ¬ĘConfiguring/Troubleshooting Routing protocols - EIGRP, OSPF, BGP
√ʬ ¬ĘConfiguring/Troubleshooting LAN Switching - VLAN, VTP, STP, EtherChannel, CoS
√ʬ ¬ĘQos Quality of service configuration

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
